Description
Current Version: 1.3.4
UPDATED TO GAME VERSION 1.11.11

IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH THE NAVAL REWORK, HERE IS

This is a very early version of my mod. Please have patience while I add more stuff, as I am just one guy.

The general goal of this mod is to extend the timeline of the base game to at least 1950s, while also adding more detail into the existing mechanics of the game. For instance, control over the urbanization of states, core claims on states, building slots. This also includes adding new mechanics to the game.

CHANGES
NEW MECHANICS
  • Added a mechanic for coring any state that is fully controlled. This requires political power to execute.
  • Added a mechanic to forfeit core on any state that is fully controlled.
  • Added a mechanic to increase urbanization level of a state (up to Urban Region)

BALANCE
  • Max Civilian Factories per building task: from 15 to 12
  • Infrastructure: From 6000 to 4000
  • Supply Node: From 20000 to 7000
  • Naval Base: From 5000 to 4000 (per level from 1000 to 500)
  • Synthetic refinery: From 14500 to 12500 (Max level to 5, instead of 3)
  • Fuel Silo: From 5000 to 1500
  • Railway: From 170 to 120 (per level from 130 to 95)
  • Dockyard: From 6400 to 5000
  • Air base: From 1250 to 1050
  • Civilian Factory: From 10800 to 9100 (Conversion from 9000 to 4500)
  • Mil Factory: From 7200 to 6100 (conversion unchanged)
  • Anti Air: From 2500 to 1500
  • Subject Autonomy Suppression Focus: from -0.5 to -2.0
  • Subject Autonomy Boost Focus: from 0.5 to 2.0
  • Non-factory construction Focus: a lot of boosts to 0.25 from 0.1 and to 0.5 from 0.2 and 0.25
  • Radar Station: from 3375 to 2600
  • Max Building Levels: From 15 to 25 (this is experimental)
  • Supply Throughput for Naval Base: From 3 to 4
  • Increased Radar Range up to 400
  • Naval Dockyard will now have output 4.5 IC (instead of 2.5 IC)
  • Fuel Refining technologies now give 25% and 30% boost per each upgrade. This is meant to deal with the increased amount of ships.
  • Fuel gains from refineries are increased to 65% per each upgrade. This is meant to deal with the increased amount of ships.
    (I will most likely buff these even more for the lategame, since I'm planning to expand on Jet Aircraft, and those consume staggering amount of fuel)
  • Maximum Amount of Building Slots increased to 52 (Up from 25)

TECHNOLOGIES
  • New Artillery equipment & upgrade technologies that go up to 1953
  • New Infantry equipment & upgrade technologies that go up to 1954

NAVAL REWORK
  • More than 500 new ship modules have been added
  • More options for customizing the ship designs
  • New visuals for ship designer
  • All ships hulls have been reworked

PLANS
  1. Expand and rework policies (GOAL: To give player more control over the country and optimize it for best gains in PP, Industrial Power, Naval Building, etc);
  2. Add more Naval Equipment, including Nuclear-Powered ships and Naval Rockets (GOAL: To make late-game naval more diverse and to make sure the content does not stall in 1944);

  6. Expand Focus Trees for the key countries: Germany, Japan, UK, USSR, USA, China, France, Poland, Italy and possibly others (although minors are not a priority);
  7. Expand Nuclear & Electronic Technologies;
  8. Add more technologies that interact with Stability, Population Growth, Attrition, Supply Consumption;
  9. And much more, but it's not a priority right now.

Please take note that this mod uses some of the Lamp's Eqpt Icons because they're absolutely gorgeous. I have asked for their permission and they allowed it. @heiko Sorry, I was very busy at work all December, therefore couldn't work on the mod as much as I planned. I'm not sure when I will release the thing, but I am trying my best to work on it as much as I can.

Change of plans.

After some considerations, I decided I'll be releasing the mod AFTER the new DLC comes out. My initial release date was planned on November 14th, which later coincided with the new DLC's release date. Since these two dates clash, it's going to create way too many issues for everybody.

I have a large chunk of the new mod done (about 60% I'd say). So once the DLC comes out, I'll update what I already have to the new version of the game and continue working on what's still in progress.

Depending on how things go, I'd say the new mod will release in late November, maybe early December. At least that's the plan for the moment.

Hello again guys. If anyone is still following this mod, I would greatly appreciate if you could complete this form: https://forms.gle/7bjYBi6o2hdtGCDh9

It will help me better understand your needs. The form is anonymous, so you don't have to worry about me collecting your personal data or anything. I'm only interested in the mod-related stuff.

Thanks!
