HowToBasic Smoker Sounds

Description
Turns the smoker into howtobasic. This took an unreasonable amount of time to make. There *may* be minor issues such as audio chirps, but those seem to not want to be fixed.

Expect insane noises, including but not limited to:
Slurping
Screaming
Animal noises
Whatever other ungodly things
Plus a 50% chance for the smoker to either ♥♥♥♥ himself or make a horse noise on death!

I like how it fits so well that if you didn't know HowToBasic, you'll think its just a normal monster/zombie voice from other game

this just made the game less scary but HTB noises suits smoker it's freaking hilarous.
