Delirium 4: Polarity is a different kind of adventure, which may or may not consist of:

- Interesting and seldom-used mechanics to spice things up
- An easier time for less experienced players (It's not baby mode though)
- A gradual increase in difficulty as it progresses
- Modded blocks to add some additional flair that wouldn't exist otherwise
