Resonable Arbalest

This mod version is a remake for Arbalest, attempt to make the designs more reasonable and not boring.

This will be stronger than the original one, maybe stronger than other basic heroes a little bit. But i think it's acceptable. Welcome to offer me feedback or balanced suggestions.

This mod will conflict with any other Arbalest remake mods. Make sure you prioritize it in the mods list.

Only support english and chinese language.

Skills:

1. Blighted Shot
43 to 1234
Limit 3~5
ACC 85~105
Deal 100% dmg, poison the target.
-35% dmg vs Rank 1 (because the enemy is engaging with your rank-1 ally, you can't aim the vital part)

2. Tensive Stringing
432 to self
Huge damage addition and minor crit chance to the next shot and can ingnore the armour. But debuff Speed to self.
(DMG EXTRA addition, not multiplication, meaning you can deal large dmg with low basic dmg skill. Because this buff is from the tension of string, any debuff from strength/ technic of arbalest will not counteract it.)

3. Flaring Shot
Designs: The best way to show your teammates the target is to shoot a flaring blot at it. Don't just point your finger to it, it's very hard to understand from the distance.
Effects:
43 to 234
Deal 20% dmg
Mark target
Destealth target
ACC and Crit debuff to target (flashing bomb blinds target)
Cool down 3 turns (Don't change the target frequently! It will confuse everyone!)

4. Battlefied first aid
Designs: Medical treatment in battlefied is for pulling you out of hell ,not for recovery, that is why many soldiers have serious sequela. So i remove the healing received buff, but make it can heal more to a dying ally and can cure bleeding.
Effects:
34 to an ally
Heal hp
heal 50% more to low-hp ally
cure bleeding

5. suppressing blindfire
Designs: The original [suppressing fire] makes no sense. Arbalist is not bow, you can't fire multiple bolts at the same time. The original [blindfire] is also unrealistic. If you close your eyes to shoot, about 90% you can hit nobody, and 10% you will shoot your allies.
Here is the only stituation where you will use blindfire: Someone is charging toward your face. He is so close that you don't need to aim, you shoot him while your whole body is turning-back, only for suppressing him to get a chance to escape.
Effects:
12 to 1
deal 80% DMG
low ACC
Self Back 1
debuff Dodge to target if miss (you point the crowbow to him suddenly, he try to dodge while rushing toward you, he will probably tumble)

6. sniper shot
The original one makes sense.

7. bola
The original one makes sense.

Move Skill:
She is in a suit of heavy armour, so reduce the movement from 2 to 1. And she is a soldier, she will go forward if she get the command, no matter the order is correct or not.
