Metal Slug Death Sounds

Description
Simple script that gives rebel death sounds for npc_combine_s and marco death sound for the player.
Also mutes default combine death noises.

Console commands:
ms_death_player marco/tarma/fio/eri/0 ms_death_metrocop 1/0 ms_death_load ms_death_save (saves and loads automatically)
