Jax Boom: Sound Detective!

Description
"Not again. This is the third time I've locked myself out this week! They could be anywhere. Maybe upstairs in the office?... Nope. Maybe in the panic room? ... Not there either. Oh, I remember ... they're in the vault! If only I hadn't just hired all new security staff..."

You'll need to be able to kick down doors for this one! Loads of sound detector action too! A few surprizes and only one way out. Its totally possible with only one final solution. Good luck!

Difficulty: Medium/Hard

Objectives: Hunt down the keys (could be anywhere really, in a laptop, under a desk ... in the vault... who knows!)

SPOILER ALERT: The video above is TRMOFNOR completing the level with Ghost & Gentleman achievments. Only watch if you are stuck or just want to see a master wiping the floor with a particularly nasty level!

Please leave a comment if you like it and let me know what you dont. Cheers.

Also, check out my sequel 'Sound Detective II' made using Pointedit.

Google Pointedit. It's free and is easy to use. There threads on it in the main discussions forum for gunpoint. Enjoy.

Hi, sorry to sound like a noob, but when I was making my own map I couldn't find the sound detector or a couple other game objects. Is there some way you got them in the workshop or online, or should I verify my files cause I'm missing them?

Awesome. Thank you. Shortcut could be handy. I'll have a look and see if it could work.

Only one laptop closes, regardless which laptop you are at, this makes it hard to remember which ones you got already. The use of the sound detector is great, though I wish there was an 'unlockable' shortcut to cut down on all the back-tracking. Overall I’d say it was a unique and challenging level.

Deleted :) I finished it! I really liked it, nice puzzeling with different circuits and stuff. Really pretty cool. I'd hate to spam, but could you take a look at mine too? It's far simpler than yours, but I would like to know if everything works as it should.

No comments? Anyone? Complete it yet? Too easy? Too hard? Anyone?
