Let's see...

Adds a new character. The one holding a teddy bear. It starts with a weird item.

Many of your skills are unlocked by plot events. Those that unlock by level are a combo of Spirit Magic and Poison.

Isra acts directly vs the Ifrit at the start rather than you fighting it. You are teleported to Redstone Keep to heal.(This means no Trade Permit.)
Riq is summoned to heal you and keep watch over you.
She will talk to you.
The event with the White Rose member and the dying man does something new.
