Muddy Water- Mud Blast
Thunder Bolt- Lightning (yellow)
Sludge Wave- Toxic Blast

His HP is Goomy's max HP at lv 100- 294
His speed is his base speed- 40
He will attack any animals, as such is the way of a Pokemon.
After 50 seconds he will evolve into Goodra, just like how Sliggoo evolves into Goodra at level 50. ( I couldn't incorporate Sliggoo in any way)
