Better Hitboxes (Hitbox+)

Description
Adds CS:GO style capsule hitbox support to Garry's mod.

Various hitreg improvements and fixes coming in future.

*NOTE: This addon is a library/API not a standalone replacement for Garry's mod's hitboxes, it will not work alone on it's own with weapons from workshop unless their developer decides to add support for this mod.

*NOTE 2: This addon only works with vanilla playermodels by default, it will not work with custom model from workshop unless the server operator adds support for the said model themself.

Yes, however the current version of the addon is highly outdated and relativelly poor written, I have plans to rerelease a new and robust version of this in Q3 2024
