1. You have to install sourcemod and metamod and put "addons" folder in Steam\steamapps\common\nmrih\nmrih. https://www.sourcemod.net/downloads.php?branch=stable ; https://www.sourcemm.net/downloads.php?branch=stable
2. Then you have to download a plugin and compile it in "scripting" folder to compile.exe (drag the file into the compile.exe) and put from "compile" folder the addon name to plugins

Killing an entire horde while being infected with a lead pipe with this music playing is peak NMRIH content. Bonus points if you're playing Bateman.
