If I install the mod into the current save, will the soldering iron, solder and magazine appear according to the sandbox settings or immediately but by chance?

@KrispyPixel there are new itens. Solderin Iron and Solder wire. I found those itens on storeges, garages.

When you say "soldering iron" and "solder wire", do you mean "propane torch" and "electrical wire"? It seems there is some confusion over what items to use, or if they come with the mod. If they come with the mod, there might be a spawning issue.
