It is for testing purposes
1) Install EVERYTHING that is required
2) Launch the RP Riverden v1a map
3) Equip "Decent Vehicle Waypoint Tool" from bottom of the "Q -> Tools" menu
4) In the opened right menu check "Show waypoints" and "Always show waypoints"
5) Press "Load Waypoints" on the bottom of the same menu and you should see the points on the roads loading now (and traffic lights)
6) Spawn the car you want to drive around
7) Aim with crosshair on the ground UNDER your car
8) Go to "Q -> NPCs -> GreatZenkakuMan's NPC's"
9) Spawn "Police", "Civillian" or "Taxi" AI UNDER your car
10) The car shoud roam around now
Alternatively, you can use Background NPCs mod that will use those waypoints to spawn cars by itself.
Not all car mods are supported!
Oof, that's time consuming xd
You can try to do it yourself (that's what started those addons of mine)
