Description
System Module Changes.

Removes "flat" cargo modules, only % based ones spawn now.
Modifies tractor beams and transporter softwares to have significantly increased range.


Reworks Hyperspace modules and shield boosters to be like pre-2.0 values.
'Megareach' modules now increase cooldown more intuitively (Scales addictively with cooldown reduction ) and greatly increase energy for a far greater range increase.

Entirely safe to remove.

There is a bit of a known problem with long range tractors causing this. I do find that jiggling the ship can often cause the loot to realize it needs to be picked up. Sometimes not tho.

Currently having the issue that loot gets dropped, but more often times just lays in space even when i hover straight over it and does not get picked up. Would this be safe to remove mid run since it only should return submodule Values ?

I believe the legendary ones have 20km range, incrementing downwards at either 4 or 5km per rarity.
