Changes the collision of all teleporters to platforms (Placeable, Ship Teleporters, Outpost...).
It allows passing the teleporter and made it possible to put teleporters in liquids without graphical errors.
When running, your "monkey" runs over the teleporter platform due to the game mechanics.
