Mr. Krabs walking sounds[NPC/Player]

Adds Mr. Krabs walking sounds for NPCs/Nextbots and players.
Can be enabled either of players or NPCs/NextBots with console commands.
You can also apply walking sounds only for specific NPCs using whitelist from options menu.


CVars:
"mrkrab_player" - Enable/Disable for players.
"mrkrab_npc" - Enable/Disable for NPCs/NextBots.
"mrkrab_fromwhitelist" - If set will only apply walking sounds for selected NPCs from whitelist
Whitelist requires at least 1 selected NPC to work otherwise it will apply for everyone.
