least the glitch doesnt happen to me. atleast not yet, still a pretty good mod. might make a custom paint however.

I doubt it's fixable, BR is just dumb sometimes...

I have a car that jitters violently for a while, and then stops after a bit of driving.. maybe try deleting the tyres in the editor and then re-placing them in yourself?
