Ported to Gmod (and it works for SFM as well) by me.
Features are:

If there was a cosmetic which hasn't been hexed, I would add skins to the model's QC

Looks nice. If I may suggest, you should re-compile the model (like adding "_SkinPack" to the end of the name) and include the skins (it'll be easier to use in this way)
