I understood how to use the D flag, but due to a simple mistake in checking, I forgot to set the D flag.

The D flag is for damage and it has to be where the move is supposed to damage the opponent. If it's not there or if it's in the defenders frame set, the move will do no damage and the defender will get up right away.

I'd like to make as many of the moves from 'Ring of Destruction - Slam Masters II-' as possible, not just Sheep the Royal's sonic punches.

I have fixed the flaws in the flags for all of Titan Tim's moves.

It's been a while since I worked on it, and I completely forgot about the flags.

I don't think the D Flag is set for the attacker. The defender gets up right away. Same goes for the "Mountain Break."
