Engine Thrust Test

Opis
User Guide

You can measure thrust with this scale. Follow the steps shown on the control panel.

I already installed an engine and its control panel. But you can remove those and make your own.

Selecting engine mount slot: Smaller number for faster result, higher number for precise result.

If you mount your entire vehicle on the platform instead of just the engine, make sure all sub-bodies on your vehicle are removed or merged in to vehicle to avoid measurement errors. Also make sure thrust is not angled such as propeller pitch/roll.

Hey, I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if the creation is broken, but the "Total Fluid (Tare + Lifted)" just goes to 0 after waiting for quite a while without the "Balance Achieved" light going on...

I have uploaded my try to get it to work to the workshop: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2950665986

Could you please try it yourself and tell me if i did something wrong?

Nice system!

It does not matter much, other than precision and waiting time. Smaller slot numbers for bigger engines, bigger slot numbers for smaller engines. I use slot 1 most of the time. If your engine is medium or big you can use 0.3 or 0.5 slots to wait less. If you are not comfortable with precision (this is usually the case for very small engines) switch back to slot 1 or maybe 2 if your engine is really small.

I get that but how do I determine what number I NEED to use
