Description
Ever want to play as the only civlization on the map? Just chill with no conflict with other players? Have I got the mod for you! This adds a new map size called "Solo", a 36 x 22 tile map.

If the "Solo" map size is too small for you, never fear! All map sizes now support one player.

Non-Steam users:

To install the mod, unzip the folder to the following location:
Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Mods

In game:
Click "Additional Content" and make sure this mod is enabled.

is there something else i need to do to enable this mod. I've turned it on, but no option of removing the AI or the solo map option in the drop down.

Yea, same here - no Barbs despite turning on Barb mode. I looked at the mod code and I see nothing there that blocks/hinders Barbs - maybe the game setup parameters determine the frequency of Barbs based on number of players and with there being only one player, it calculates this frequency as "0" or something like that. How does the game determine the frequency of Barbs appearing? Of Barbs spawning?

Same thing as @patrickpeppers, I even turned on the special barbarian mode and nop, still no barbs.

Great mod, really loving just wandering about, settling the best cities I can with no one else there to interfere! Take that Rome! Can't mess with me if you're not even here!

One thing I found kinda funny though, I just got the Airing Your Grievances achievement. The text of which reads: "Win a Diplomatic Victory Resolution and use it to reduce another player's progress toward that victory", but, like, I'm the only one here XD I got this for reducing *my own* diplo victory points!
To be clear, I don't consider this an issue with the mod, I just thought it was worth mentioning cause it was funny.

Does this disable barbarians? I'm 200 turns in on a couple of saves and I haven't see a single one.

I've essentially disabled all victories except score victory if there's only one team. Otherwise, you win domination when you settle your first city.

I don't understand the question; this mod adds a small map size called Solo which is even smaller than Duel size.
