Recipe Learning Notification

Description
When you learn a recipe, shout it out!

When you learn a recipe through a magazine or other literature, you get a notification of what you have learnt.

Should be largely compatible with anything that affects books, let me know if you find any issues. Open to suggestions as well!

@Transflux, it's the same sort of notification you get when you read something too hard or fail dismantling. It's just a client side text above the character's head.

I've updated the mod with your changes, edited it to be slightly improved by myself as well, and to handle some more edge cases.

Hey I was bored so I made some improvements to your mod, feel free to take them and use it.
It now adds a little bit of grammar cleanup and it makes the text all under-case so it fits in well with the other bit of the string. Oh it also has a built in function to detect recipes that end in s and wont add an "a" to them. Heres the links:
