Toggle these in the settings:

QOL
- When you're doing electric attacks, see a much larger spark if your target is wet
- Cook Weather Pains and Morning Stars into Volt Goat Chaud-Froid as a substitute for the Volt Goat Horn in Warly's Portable Cook Pot
- Electric Milk will now provide 15 seconds of electric attack, basically the poor man's Chaud-Froid

BUFFS
- Electric attack on wet mobs (not bosses) will stun the target, like the Snap of the Tail o' Three Cats, however, this will not work against charged targets such as Volt Goats

WETNESS
- Make mobs ALWAYS wet when it is raining or acid raining heavily, without waiting for the weird delay from the algorithm. Heavily is defined by the Precipitation Rate being greater than 50%
- Make Crab King and his cronies Wet
- And Toad Stool
- And Slurtles and Snurtles because they're all slimey
