Removed Class Trainer requisites (But triple XP required for class unlock)

As the title say, this does the same thing as this mod, but with a twist: The XP required for a class to become usable now its x3 times higher. Recommended to use among this other mod I made to give Trainers a new use.

This mod should work witouth issues on new saves, however, a new one is recommended.

Know issues:
- Some Actors that spawn with a Class may have it greyed for some time. Visual only.
