Remove Jumpscare Noise

Description
Replaces the jumpscare noise with a silent noise, effectively removing it.

This is my first time modding anything, and I've only had the time to do minimal testing/debugging. Let me know if you experience any issues in the comments.

Looks like you no longer can remove it in audio options. Advanced options aren't there.

You don't need a mod for that. You can regulate the volume of this particular sound in Options > Audio > Advanced > Zombie > Zombie Surprised Player
