Vanilla Brewing Expanded - More Realistic Cigars

Description
A little patch intended to make cigars from Vanilla Brewing Expanded a bit more realistic. This patch serves only to make this little aspect of the original mod more to my personal preference, and the only reason why I published it is so that others may be spared the work if they're looking for something similar.

Content:
- Cigars now cost 75 tobacco instead of 25 with 5 gold. In real life, a single cigar is usually made up of three whole tobacco leaves, which is about as much tobacco content as an entire pack of cigarettes. It doesn't make sense in my opinion that five cigars should cost the same amount of tobacco as five cigarettes. I also removed the gold cost because a cigar doesn't need a wrap to be functional, so it felt unnecessary to me.
- Cigars now give the same Tobacco High effect as cigarettes. The main reason behind this is that before, you could smoke a cigarette and a cigar for a net +30% Conciousness effect as their hediffs stacked up. Not only is this a little silly in-game, it also doesn't make any sense realistically; cigars in real life don't give a "higher quality high", it's not even why people smoke them. So to mitigate this:
- Smoking a cigar now gives a +8 mood effect that lasts for 1 day, which stacks with the +7 effect you get from the Tobacco High for a net +15, same as what "High-Quality Tobacco High" gave you. This works the same way as eating a tasty meal, and no wonder; people enjoy hand-rolled cigars for the complex flavor the artisan who rolled them devised, by selecting specific leaves from specific regions to that end.
- Cigars are now craftable at a crafting spot. If you can make a bow, put together a knife and sew a toga at a crafting spot, you can definitely roll up a cigar at one. This also makes it easier for tribals to get into the cigar game early.
- Separate single and x5 bulk recipes for cigars and cigarettes.
- Small flavor text adjustments.

@Daniel_USA
The net happiness gained when smoking a cigar with this patch is the same as it was originally in VBE, just reflavored to focus on the experience of it. The appeal of cigars (apart from their popular perception as expensive luxury items) is their flavor rather than the nicotine content. You'll get way stronger highs generally when smoking a cigarette than most cigars because you're not supposed to inhale cigar smoke (though granted there'll still be some absorption of nicotine but not nearly as saturated). That's also why cigars are usually significantly less addictive than cigarettes.

shouldn't this have a +# to happiness since you are smoking hand rolled primo instead of a cigarette?
also the leaves used for cigars have to be higher quality than cigarettes and that leads to a better smoke and nicotine high.
cigars usually get the best leaves and cigarettes are made by crushing all the left overs.

This is a pure XML mod so it should work fine on 1.6, I've updated the version compatibility, but do let me know if you find any issues!

I don't smoke at all, but all the points mentioned above still weirded me out. Glad to see I'm not alone in this, and that someone who knows how did something about it.

I wasn't sure about this but "it's not even why people smoke them" kind of sold me. Your motives are pure and just.
