Description


WIP Runescape Total Conversion mod
Early in development so mainly releasing to let people test it out so far
It should be playable mostly, but very unrefined and lacking features
Complete map rework is in progress but will be some time until release

ROYAL COURT PATCH IS NOW OUT

  • Custom Cultures + Religions
  • Key Characters from RS
  • Graphics and Music from OSRS
  • Custom Terrains and adjustments to better fit the scale of the world



  • Completely reworked & Scaled up map
  • 3D recreations of Landmarks across the Map
  • Calendar system to represent the Ages
  • Recreations of essential items from Runescape
  • Recreations of key items from Runescape, to be used with Royal Court DLC
  • Bookmarks with more characters, and of other eras
  • Continent of Zeah
  • Banners
  • Expansion of Religions, with tenets and events
  • Expansion of Cultures, with names, traditions and research
  • System of events corresponding to Quests
  • Functioning Sea tiles, currently not working
  • Expanded Wilderness mechanics
  • Representation of Underground areas

His alliance with a water goddess similar to Anahita, the Indo-Iranian sounding names of some of his followers, their appearance (Dhalak or Lennissa) and involvement in the desert shows it was nearly a thing possibly too.

So if you go 2nd age or 3rd age there might be some ideas. Do you want to try making Hallowvale Sassanid, possibly Parthian inspired or keep to RS3's "Byzantine" theme?

Are there any plans for a canon lore mod or an RS3 one? Like 2nd age or 3rd age?

Saradomin's or aka "Lord of Wisdom" and his morals as a character seems to be inspired by Zoroastrianism so you could use it as a template possibly, while Zaros is more Late Roman Empire church or similar?

In OSRS its possible some team members might have had plans to make Saradomin more Persian or Parthian but scrapped that plan due to his already medieval european associations.
