You will need to reinstall every update, so I recommend stormloader

Manual install: <no longer works, you may want to rename the .slp to .zip and do it manually instead>
You'll need to navigate to your steamapps/common folder, you can find this by:
(mines C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common)
you need to open the zip file and paste the stormworks folder

The location is nearby goldblum, it contains a hanger, a small cleared area for runway and is marked on the map. It was intended to be with the natural disasters dlc nearby a volcano
