Description
Map based on the bay of Chimbote (Anchash, Perú) with its iconic Isla Blanca (white Island) in front of it. Altough The Santa river doesn't flow to the bay, i modified it for a better gameplay. You can place a Hydro Dam at the waterfall (I mark it with to prop cars) it should generate between 420-510 MW of electricity.

Use the 81 tiles mod to get more buildable land since most of it is water.

This is my first map so i'll be happy to read any suggestions or criticism.
