This is my most extensive map work due to me completely redoing every building on the map and removing lots of trash from it. All meterials are default ones (except a few which are packed into the BSP) so you won't need extra content for it and the map size is 87.815 MB. I worked off the original tits2 map and everything has been reworked meaning deleted and rebuilt and all brushes set to no draw then material added to the visible faces. I have also added alot of optimisation to the map including door, window and area portals around the map. I have made custom props windows / stairs through out the map to make it easier to work with and allows it so more brushes can be used. I have added alot of RP buildings which will be listed in the features section. I have also added a sewer access in residential and have also added player clips and vehicle clips on sewer entrances around the map and also in the spawn area which can all be controlled in the admin room under the map. I have also kept the flatgrass area above the map which people also use. I have added 6 cameras outside and inside the PD which can be controlled with the screen in the office inside the PD. I have also extended the sewers and added about 10 new buildins and a hobo area in there. I have also opened spawn and the "fountain" area up via a road so its more open plan. It also includes 8 hidden areas around the map and 2 inside buildings.

map differs from server error

If anyone get this issue if they are hosting a server to fix this make sure you upload the latest bsp https://www.dropbox.com/s/ws5nocw95pcm7zm/rp_downtown_catguy_bsp.zip?dl=0 to the server map folder and you have updated the fast sync this will match the one on the workshop and fix this issue.

Love this, it’s great how you kept to the natural look of the source engine (except the places you had to improvise) keep it up!

This is my latest edit and last one of the downtown map https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2956782314 but I didnt increase the road size as it will be alot of work in some parts and people are used to the size they are now.
