This trumpet interchange goes under the highway and allows traffic to exit smoothly into a local area. It's designed for the carriage of local traffic, light to medium levels of cars that you'd expect from a village area. It's compact enough to fit into most areas. The avenue and quays may be upgraded to suit your personal tastes (make sure you have Quay Anarchy, Fine Road Tools, Road Anarchy and Move It to do this).

All of the requirements added are not necessary, but will greatly improve your experience. Mass Transit items are not used here, but you may want to use two-lane highways or alternative avenues instead.
