el - They like that as all he did was use the skins meant for one model as each model is unique with its own animtions, So this is why, On official its only allowing these,You can use them all fine on sp, local and dedicated servers just fine.

el - MLUI will attack anyone hosting or making mods using his mods without permission, even non chinese people hosting his mods now, but other people on the steam workshop are hosting different versions of these also.

you download the mod, extract it, and use the char you want as this will by default replace all chars with each skin, He has done 7 so far. And MLUI doesn't seem to care about him modding his work without permission.
