Description

Plays the "Updated My Journal" voice line from Planescape: Torment whenever you update your journal.

Currently has a few issues:

Always plays on login and logout, it seems.
Does not play for new Quest updates (technically they don't go in your Journal). Not sure if should be changed.
Always plays for player created Map Notes. Not sure if should be changed, you are in fact updating your journal, but it can be kind of annoying when you are setting 20-30 notes at once, like for pinning all the vendors in the Six Day Stilt

Windows does not care if file/folder names are uppercase or lowercase, linux does.

its possible that the culprit is uppercase vs lowercase.
Check if file names are explicitly correct as far as letter case goes.

folks i can't get this to work on macos or linux, unfortunately. if anyone has any ideas why it doesn't work specifically on those operating systems, tips are welcome, otherwise it might take me a good while to rewrite this as a non-harmony mod to see if that works instead
