I wanted to create a very large high school more in line with some of the ones found in large midwestern cities of the United States.

I always feel like the vanilla high school is so small that I have to constantly place them, and doesn't reflect the scope of most high schools. The schools I'm familiar with have large amounts of parking and a substantial structure of multiple stories which takes up a significant amount of space.

Therefore, I have bumped up the student count from the default 1000 to 3000 as the footprint of this school is a whopping 11x14, compared with the vanilla which is 1/4 the size. Number of educators/workers is adjusted accordingly as is cost, electric, garbage, and water. However, the range that this school covers is immense, and will dramatically reduce the number of schools that you need to place. In addition, because this school has gathering places, it also serves the community as a park and visually will appear active and well utilized.

My plan for the future is to create another asset of equal size to represent the high school sports complex. My goal is for it to have a track and football field with bleachers and baseball diamonds. The idea is for that asset and this one to be placed together.

On their own would be a great option. Thanks for your consideration and great job on these. Continued success.

Thanks! Yea, it was a prop limitation issue. The scale of the asset required so many detail props to make it feel alive that I had to use existing parking lots instead of embedding them within this asset. The two parking lots I used are really great assets and a small download. Give them a shot, they are pretty useful even on their own :steamhappy:

Great building. Congrats. Would love to test but do not want to sub to the parking lots. Unless it was because you ran out of props, you can add parking lots manually to your asset in the editor and not have use required parking lots from 2017. Same for your elementary. Great looking buildings but bit of downside. Please consider for future work you referenced and consider updating existing buildings.
