The Safe Solar Holdings Manticore Artillery Cruiser is a heavy slugger, used to crack the toughest bunkers. This Craft comes equipped with a PG-201 piston gun. This gives the ship an incredibly devastating and nearly un-blockable form of attack. Two or Three shots from the main gun can cripple all but the largest Ships.
Despite its incredible power, the Manticore can be easily disabled, as a direct shot down the barrel or damage to the Piston Gun could result in the ship destroying itself due to a faulty gun. The gun is also difficult to repair, provided the ship is not already ruined. Thankfully, the Manticore has incredible range, far exceeding any conventional weapon. The Ship is capable of reliably hitting moving targets at about 3km. Stationary targets can be hit at anything in render distance, all while maintaining decent accuracy.
