MD-1E Medical Evacuation Utility Ship

The MD-1E is a top of the line medical evacuation ship designed to accelerate and travel at high speeds. The ship is equipped with a large bay door to accomidate woyunded or immobilized engineers, and for swift exit and entry. For convenience the cockpit is accessible from both the interior and exterior.

While the ship is primarily designed for humanitarian use, some armed forces have purchased and modified the MD-1E to suit their needs, most commonly as a drop ship. Please note that use of the MD-1E is not recommended in gravity fields stronger than 0.25g.
