ArmaOps does not require you to do any kind of boot camps to play with us.
You could literally join our Discord 20 minutes before our Saturday mission, download the mods and play with us.
We definitely do not require anyone to say "sir" and we try to aim for a fun & enjoyable Arma 3 mission experience with chain of command.

Unlike other groups we don't have permanent roles and instead you signup to the role you wanna play every mission.
With that said some roles require Training Certifications but unlike most milsims ours only take 15-40 min to complete. (Command, Air & Armor takes the longest)

We currently average between 12-20 players per mission.

• No set Faction or Side (We play as anyone vs anyone)

• Dual clanning allowed

• Saturday: Main Operation at 1900 UTC / 3PM EDT / 2PM CDT
  
• Friday: Side Mission at 1900 UTC / 3PM EDT / 2PM CDT
  
• One PvP mission per month
  
• Two 24/7 Vindicta and Hearts & Minds servers.
