1950s Moscow 10-storey apartments and offices

Description
This mod proposes a small pack of buildings that allows you to build quality residential districts as one could see in Moscow and other large Soviet cities in the 1950s.

The main/initial building of this pack is inspired from the existing one on Semyonovskaya Embankment, North-east of historical Moscow. It is comprised of a central section with offices/workplaces, and two residential wings. For this reason, this pack is not just residential, but includes 2 options to make use of this part of the building separately. Like in my 1950s Stalinka from some time ago, you can 'patch' an extra pedestrian access to the building that gives it a double role. The 2 options are: City Hall, because it felt pretty well suited; and Technical University, to 'honor' the building's historical function which was hosting the All-Union Scientific Research Design Institute.

The three remaining items are simple residential buildings using the same design as the initial one, to give the player some options for their urban layout.

The specs are as follows:
- main/ C-shaped building: 150 adults;
- short L-shaped building: 220 adults;
- long L-shaped building: 325 adults;
- straight/I-shaped building: 185 adults.

All have 91pc living quality, heating enabled (keep the pollution in mind though), and are collisionless.
Building cost is expected to be high, because of the construction quality and because of the mechanical components needed for the elevators and boiler room.

The two workplace options require 75 workers and 25 academics. Instructions for placement and selection are shown in the screenshots. They add an emblem on the building's top, which doesn't always display correctly from all angles, if you don't want it to show at all, you can just place the 'patch' a bit further inside the main building.

yes, I'm properly informed on these matters ^^
I am from Greece.

I hope soon) However, if you have the opportunity to come, then feel free to come. Despite the so-called "sanctions", we are doing well. Of course, there are certain difficulties, but everyone has them now. But if you believe those foreign guests from Western Europe or the United States who come to us despite the events in the world, we have even more goods in our stores than in the West. Including, by the way, sub-sanctioned goods) There are many videos on YouTube from stores in Russia that are filmed by foreign guests) By the way, comrade, what country are you from?)

Come on over.) Contrary to various opinions in the West that supposedly our people are gloomy and do not like foreigners, in fact, our people are kind and welcoming, good people and guests are always welcome.=)

Hmm, I didn't think about the scenario of having the office building as a standalone.
I guess one option would be restrict access of the apartments to your citizens after building it. The wings will still be there though.
I'm glad that you like my mods, I'd like to walk all over Moscow one day :)

That is, in order for the building to become visible, it is necessary to add residential wings? Understood, thanks. As a native of Moscow, thank you for the beautiful mod)

Yes, it's meant to be this way. The actual building is the residential C-shape building. Then depending on what function you want to give to the non-residential part of it (city hall or technical university), you just have to place the "invisible" building at the main entrance. The coat of arms is added both for aesthetics and to help you with the placement. It's explained in the description.

When trying to build a city hall building, it is... invisible 0_o Although the Soviet coat of arms flies away from the building during the destruction and it is perfectly visible.
