Description

Small grid mining truck on 6x6 chassis.

Full extension is 8 meters. 3 drills, 2 large cargo, 4 hydrogen engines, 10 small hydrogen tanks, O2 / H2 generator

There are four pistons in series to extend the drills down. The bounce in the video is operator error -- I forgot which order my hotkeys are in.

The buttons on the outside allow the frame to be raised and lowered, the drills start / stop, and the drill pistons extend / retract, all without having to hop in the cockpit.

@Neekromancer Yes, that's been a known behavior of projectors for a long time. It's a shame really. Perhaps an upcoming update will add subgrid projection. There is also a mod you can use that will allow subgrid projection.

Just FYI the survival projector doesn't project sub-grids so the truck will project but not the drills. It's a good truck but I am having to install the drills from scratch so kind of a hassle.
