Description
This mod is for the stable version 41.65

I reduce the probability to spawn the backpacks and the valor of each of them.
Adds Huge 4 new bags to the game (Capacity/WeightReduction):
S=(40/80).
M=(80/85).
B=(150/90).
H=(250/95).
You can find only big and huge in police station or gunshop.
In a military base you have more chance to get a huge.
