CAUTION!
THIS LEGACY ASSET IS NO LONGER MAINTAINED

Soviet prefab block, modeled after common systems found all accross Poland, especially in Retkinia, Łódź, that was built between 1972 and 1985.
Building is RICO ready.
3x2, 36m tall, 33 households

@596195509 I didn't pay much attention to costs and I won't change them, also I was unable to reproduce low density bug

@596195509 thanks for continued feedback, all of the errors come from mess in my files and I'll fix them all (hopefully) today

your assets are extremely excellent，but there keep also some subtle errors . all assets contain 72 households , I think it is not real and you can fix it being consistent with introduction of your beautiful assets . another bug is that one of your assets is defined as a low density residential building, you can fixed it . thank you very much for contribution to this game .

this asset can't do with associated mod
