SCS Box Trailer Edited: Chromed Frame, Door, and Bumper

Confirmed to work with 1.47


- bodies in all sizes: chromed frame
- chromed door: chromed frame
- "exclusive" bumper: overall chromed

To allow maximum compatibility with third-party accessories that can attach to the trailer body, e. g. some painted reefer units, or lights.

If you want to use a trailer with the default frame again, then simply disable this mod. It won't crash the game. If you use a trailer that uses the legacy, standalone custom accessories, then they will be missing from that trailer.

- to all three types: dry van, insulated, and reefer trailers
- all types of doubles and triples

- custom markers accessory with attachment points
- chromed side wall, available via rear door: "chromed sides and frame"

- basically all tuning parts you know from the default SCS box trailer, but here are some ideas:
- Wheel Tuning Pack DLC, Smarty's Wheel Pack, Alcoa Wheels, and others

This is a product of imagination, not trying to imitate a real-life trailer.

- edit/replace the "exclusive" dolly bumpers
- edit additional front and rear accessories, e. g. add a chromed frame to the regular door
- maybe add additional attachment points to the rears, and bumpers

I will keep the standalone chromed door and bumper as a legacy option to not crash anybody's game, in case they have it attached. But this mod now directly edits/replaces the original chromed door and "exclusive" bumper, too.
