The Iron Crown of Lombardy *(Now Exists in 867)*

Description
The Iron Crown of Lombardy and it's fantastic in game history...that skips over the 867 date yet has history before and after? The Iron Crown of Lombardy which only exists in game as a Royal Court Artefact for the HRE Emperor? That's weird, lets give it to the King of Italy in 867,
it's wearable also!

Compatible with literally everything, even CFP and or *(soon to be)* EPE.

This mod now crashes the game when its active

Any idea why when it's worn it's showing up as a helmet and not the Iron Crown? It's easy enough to fix in barber shop, but I'm not too sure what would be conflicting there. Using MHG+CFP+EPE.

charlemagnes throne should also be available in 867!
