(SotS) Fusion engine section (cruiser, human)

Engine section for Human cruisers.
As the first in line, the Fusion powerplant is slow and offers only basic maneuverability.

Requires mission and command sections to complete the ship.
All command and engine sections are designed to snap to the mission section (root) of the ship.
