(SotS) Standard command section (cruiser, human)

Command section for Human cruisers.
Standard command section offers basic combat capabilities. Includes 3 medium turret hardpoints with good firing arcs and additional 3 point defense hardpoints.

Requires mission and engine sections to complete the ship.
All command and engine sections are designed to snap to the mission section (root) of the ship.
