Potion Satchel

Description
Potion Satchel adds a potion satchel that when kept in your inventory applies buffs that have been added to it.
Buffs within the potion satchel can be added by right clicking on the satchel with a stack of 30 potions on your cursor
Buffs within the potion satchel can be removed by right clicking on the satchel with an empty cursor.

Item can be crafted with 30 bottles

Another request: is there a way to make the effects be grabbed the same way banners work, that way the satchel only takes up one buff slot

Can you make a Version where the buffs don't get applied indefinitely
A version where the Potion satchel just stores the Buffs
the buffs being applied without any cooldown feels a little bit too op
