The Black Cat is an unarmed reconnaissance craft that relies on its speed to get out of trouble. It has no official name aside from its project number; "Black Cat" is a nickname stemming from the fact that it is also operated by the dreaded Internal Security Bureau in their mission to arrest suspected "counter-revolutionaries".
