まず京都5番から西大路1番に進出する列車自体がミスなので停車ホームを修正
渡り線も追加しました

京都5番から西大路1番に進出するルートがないため所定通りに誘導できないため渡り線を付けてほしい

Nice, that fixed it.

The first train at Kyoto track 5 is meant to go to the east to track 3 which is not possible since there is no connection.

Also in case you don't know: You can connect multiple auto signals, by holding shift while selecting the path, this will make them reserve this section for all trains to come (like queueing the same connection of an auto signal infinite times). Then you don't need repeat sensors for multiple auto tracks without intersections in a row
