8 slots lobby fixed

Description
8 slots lobbies for all coop gamemodes and mutations, startable alone too

(this is just a lobby, you still need sourcemod to play 8 players coop)

If you have problems that are NOT the game not showing 8 slots in the lobbies, then you are asking the wrong guy
I can't know where you got sourcemod and what plugins you installed and I already have better things to do anyway
If the problem IS the game not showing 8 slots in the lobbies: make sure this mod is NOT marked in red, if it is, try disable any other mod marked on red until this one returns normal

Does this mod make the game more difficult the more players the server has? for example, if there are 6 survivors, do they also spawn 6 special infected?
