The regular Sweeper cards should have 65-70 Health (The Stagger Resist is fine as is) and resistances are also fine.
The main three [Anton Lyla Valerie] Should have 70-80 Health (Stagger Resist is fine), and resistances should change to nothing as I said earlier or only apply to Stagger Resist.
Of course you can ignore all of this; the mod is still great otherwise. Thanks for the share, friend!
First off, this mod was REALLY fun. While yes the enemies deal tons of damage, it never feels like its too much damage to be unfair. Plus, the four die can still be negated with Counter die.
Second. For a four wave fight, it never overstayed its welcome. Granted, I use burn decks, but still!
Lastly, balance. While yes, the pages ARE pretty strong, I have some recommendations to help balance them.

any idea as to why this is happening?
