that once you reach 16 pops, you get an additional sector and each new sector will require 0 colonist.
I believe would solve everything, and allow megacities (finally) :-)
I can do it so, that once you reach 16 pops, you get an additional sector and each new sector will require 0 colonist.
Alternatively I can add about 12 or so additional sector range, up to 50 (in the same steps as normal) so that this effect occurs once you reach 50 pops (though I am not sure the list can be that long, would need some testing). Mind you, that also increases the amount of sectors you can annex at once.
Any interest in that feature to begin with?
