Description
A truly basic mod, that increases the population cap. I actually have no idea to what. I just know that it is now above 400.
It is not compatible with any mod that changes the colony core, for example by adding new buildings.
Main reason for it was, that some people like to have a mega city, but I didn't want to include it in the extended sector mod(s) due to the incompatibility issues that can pop up.

- Residential Districts have now a cost of 0 additional population to annex a new sector.

Sadly while using colonialguard the mod doesnt work :(

Works great!!! Not only that, also it is a fun challenge to kill the megacities of the AIs :-)

Okay. I found it. And the new sector at 16 was not what caused the annex thing to be at 0 pop.
Well, time to change it all.

Okay, it seems to have something to do with my own test mod that lets me do stuff faster. Now, only to understand WHY that is.

The +1 sector at 16 pops works. The "need 0 pops to be unlocked" sectors after 16 pops doesn't. Still needs 4 pops to get 1 sector more.

So, question is:
I can do it so, that once you reach 16 pops, you get an additional sector and each new sector will require 0 colonist.
Alternatively I can add about 12 or so additional sector range, up to 50 (in the same steps as normal) so that this effect occurs once you reach 50 pops (though I am not sure the list can be that long, would need some testing). Mind you, that also increases the amount of sectors you can annex at once.

Any interest in that feature to begin with?
